We currently can only provide Self Service help with bookings from our Tawa location.

 FAQs

  • After booking your trailer and confirming your identity you’ll be shown your unique trailer unlock code. Enter this code on the padlock on the trailer to hit the road. Can’t find the link to your order? Enter your email above to receive another link.

  • Make sure you check all your folders and accounts, including junk, you can also enter your email above to receive another copy of it.

  • Simply type in the pincode from the confirmation page before hitting the unlock button, the lock will open. To close simply close the latch.

  • If you’re unable to verify your current form of identity you should contact brent@quickhire.nz to have your documents manually approved.
